Here are the steps: 1. Take your curser into the table which is to be deleted. 2. Press ALT key and navigate to the “Layout Tab” by using the RIGHT ARROW. 3. Open “Layout Tab” by using the DOWN ARROW and choose “Rows and Columns Sub Menu”. 4. Expand the same and select the option “Delete Button Dropdown”. 5. Press SPACEBAR and select “Delete Table” option.
You can even use the command ALT, J, L, D, T to skip the above procedure. Important note: I have written the above procedure assuming that the “Use Virtual Ribbon Menu” option is enabled which has introduced with JAWS 12 to provide easy access to Ribbon menu items in Office 2007 and later. If you are not using this feature, the above steps do not work.
