Hi, if you want to tackle this problem, purchase a tapi (Telephony
Application Programming Interface) compliant external or internal
modem, and attach it to your computer. For a laptop, external USB
modem will be the only choice. After that, you install those programs
from the cd provided by the manufacturer. Most of the times those
programs may not be accessible with jaws or other screen readers. If you
are using jaws, you can use hotspot clicker utility script to make it
accessible. Use a good sterio headphone with mike to receive calls from
customers. If you turned-off sterio mix property of the sound card,
customer will not hear any disturbance from screen readers. If everything
goes right, certainly, customer will feel disturbance only from your
mouth.

experienced and are in delhi, please volunteer to demonstrate, if
needed.
if you like you can send information off the list.

kind of work?
