Hello, first of all go to the settings then follow the instructions below.: 1. click tools. 2. click option. 3. click network. 4. Select 'WCDMA ONLY' under default network.
Now, whenever you connect to the internet, your modem will only connect to a 3G network. FYI, under Band, just leave it on “all bands.” Choosing the correct network is all that your modem needs. Now click Apply and then OK. Do folow all the process mentioned above with a sighted person. You just need to guide your sighted fellow and all the mouse work will be done by him as there is no accessibility for VI there. Hope, it works for you well.
