Hello sir, IF MSE is working then, it is januan. try to look for service pack 1 update in windows update list. if you find it there then, install it by clicking on download or ok butten. it will ask you to plug in your machine to any power outlet if it is a laptop and will proceed with the installation. thereafter, you can install IE 10 without any issue. regards
