Hi neelima, After 2-3 attempts means in first few attempts it does not start downloading or some part of the file gets downloaded and then downloading stops?
If it is not getting downloaded then it might be the case may be you are not able to activate the link. you can do this 1. take out the link list by ins+f7 2. press 'c' where JAWS will say click to start download or simelar. 3. press tab after your focus is on the link where JAWS says click to start the download 4. keep on pressing tab till JAWS says activate the link. and press enter. 5. as per your browser, dialog for downloading will open. If it does not work. You can share the link on my personal id and i will look into it to help you further.
