Is Gujarat only such state? Modi is not the only person running it, right? I am not favouring him at all, and the situation definetly needs to be improved. May be this is a result of red tapism? * these are my own views, and I have tried to be as un bias as possible, but if somebody still feels hurt from my opinion, my apology in advance!
