Access India has a dedicated list for discussing mobile related issues
and you have the link to register there in every access india mail
that you get.
Now to quickly respond to your question, Android has builtin
accessibility unlike the Symbian platform where you had to install 3rd
party screen software like Talks. In Android or iOS, Apple's operating
system that runs on the iPhone and the iPad, accessibility is included
as such. In Android, the screen reader application is called Talkback,
and you can enable it from the accessibility option in settings. Even
a fully touchscreen interface is pretty much accessible on the Android
and iOS platforms.
Please register on the mobile.accessindia list and you can continue
the conversation there.
