CODES GIVEN NEXT TO THE AO CODE, WARD NO. CIRCLE NO. RANGE NO. ETC.
YOU MAY CHOOSE AS PER YOUR RESIDENCE/OFFICE ADDRESS GIVEN IN THE
APPLICATION.
