hi. do the following. 1. install all updates from windows updates. update all metro apps from the store. then signin with your microsoft account. then open store and press windows i and click on settings and then click on app update then check for updates and u will get a update to windows 8.1 which is 2 3 gb after downloading follow instructions if u are not able to download this way there is another way which ill tell you try this first
