Hello, To create the folders in your sendspace account follow below mentioned steps: 1. go to sendspace.com and download the vizard as per your operating system i.e. windows, mac etc. 2. after downloading on your computer, run this software and upon asking the account details provide your user name, password email id, etc and choose the existing account if asked and press enter on next button. Doing this, your vizard will go online on their server and authenticate the information provided by you. upon successful verification, your account will be saved in the vizard. I hope you understand the steps witch I am refering to. It’s the same thing how we create our account for skype, dropbox etc in the vizard. 3. Now open the sendspace vizard by clicking the icon on the desktop. 4. Go to your remote files list stored on the server by pressing alt plus r. here your files of sendspace will be listed. 5. Here press application context menu and choose the option new folder… and press enter. You will be landed on the edit field to type the name of your folder. So type the name of your choice and press enter. Your folder will be created witch you can navigate with arrow keys or first navigation letter. 6. Now when your kursor is on this folder, press application key again and go to the properties option and press enter. 7. In the property dialog box, move around with tab key until you hear share this folder check box if its not checked check it by pressing space bar and press enter. 8. Doing this, your folder becomes public for witch you can create, send download links to the public and press enter on ok button to confirm your changes. 9. Now if you want all your uploaded files to go in to this folder by default, then go to option menu by pressing alt key and choose the option preferences…and press enter. 10. Here in the preferences page, move around with tab key until you reach list view. In the list view, there will be four options named connections, accounts, transfers, sound events and interface. Navigate in this list view wit arrow keys and keep your arrow on transfers and press tab here until you reach to the option use current open folder to upload my files check box. Check this box with space bar if its uncheck and press enter on ok button. 11. Now all your files will automatically be uploaded in the opened folder. To open the current folder everytime, follow the above steps to go to remote files list and press enter on your open folder and choose the option to upload your file as described in the next step. 12. To upload your file, go to option menu, choose the option choose the file to upload… here you will be asked to browse the file on your computer. Browse the file from the locations as per your computer management and once you select your file press enter on open button. 13. Here one dialog box will open asking you to type the description, email address to which you want to send the file etc. give these details and press enter on ok button. note if here you do not give the email address still you can send the download link of your folder as described in the next step. 14. Doing this, your file will start uploading. To check the status of your file, press tab until you hear list view with your file name and uploading status. Once your upload is complete, you will no longer hear the name of your uploaded file in this list view witch means that your file is uploaded. 15. Now to send the download link of your folder, go to remote files list, select your folder with arrow key and press application context menu. Here choose the option Copy file location. Doing this, your folder link has been copied to your clipboard. 16. Now paste this link in your email message. Doing this, your folder link is sent to the recepiant and clicking on this link, they can see all the files stored in it.
Hope this is of some help. For creating the folder and moving the files in to folders, I don’t much use online login as this is much faster as mentioned above. if you still prefer to do this online without the sendspace vizard, then do let me know so that i can give the steps for it. Do get back again if you have any further doubts.
