In speccy you can generate a text file with all details from the file menu.

Hi, dear Access Indian Friends. I am very curious to know how a screen
reader dependent computer user would know more about his laptop i.e.
knowing hard drive capacity, Ram, Windows version, 32 bits or 64 bits
etc. I downloaded Speccy but that does not seem to be screen reader
friendly. I also via the Start Menu right clicked on Computer and then
Properties. But I again was unable to make JAWS read any information.
Please advise me regarding this matter.
Any assistance or guidance would be appreciated.
