Dr. K P KUMARAN Persons with Disability (PWD) are the most vulnerable and marginalised section of the society. They are not only suffering from the stigma of discrimination but also from isolation. These barriers are limiting their participation in mainstream developmental activities thereby making them suffer from multiple dimensions of poverty.
