hello, myself Shyam. First of all my heartiest congratulations for this innovative approach. I think with the assistance of technology in combination of self motivation VI community has grown up terrifically. From my point of view, there is still one area which is in need to be improved. I believe there is no defficiency of talent in all of us. But, when the matter comes to us to travel alone, it starts fear in many of us.
