yes, u r rite, when ever the hardware, [see mouse] gets failed to remember the time passwords, date etc u can see this message see mouse is a small pease of hardware, which acts as a battery, and when ever u shutdown the pc, it helps pc to run the clock etc kindly check with the hardware, that, it is working perfectly, if yes, set the date and time properly and try it
