hi, mobile processor (CPU) is of 35W and ultra processor (CPU) is of 17W. The clock frequency is also grater in mobile processors than the ultra processor. Mobile processor is more powered than ultra processor so unless you dont have that much processing power requirements, it is of no use because hygh powered processor gets warm more quicker than low powered processors and the total runtime of the laptop with mobile processor is much lessor than ultra processor. So if you want laptop for basic use or for symple programming then ultra processor is best. If you want laptop with high processing programming then mobile processor is best.
