Hi,
It is not an easy task.
May be the software had made a hidden file and put it somewhere else.
Once you know the name and the location of the registry of the
software installation data, you can remove it.
Prior to remove, you must know its name and location.
You must have an idea of registry editing.
However, registry editing must done by an knowledgable  person.
It is something like an operation done by a surgeon.
