Dear friend, to set ariel to your default font First go to font dialoguebox by using control+d. Then Choose font ariel and go default.... button and press enter. Then it will ask to you to set default for your next document yes or no. Press enter on yes button. To set paper size a4, First go to page setup dialoguebox Then go to paper tab by using control+tab. Then go to paper size and choose a4 and go to default... button and press enter. Then press enter on yes button.
