He has an account in bank, using thumb impression he is operating the account. As such he is using thumb impression, cheque book is not provided to him. The same fellow has to surrender a policy of LIC. Now! LIC needs a canceled cheque book for doing NEFT in his account. Branch can not give cheque book. He can not open an account with signature because it may surely create problem in withdrawal of cash.
