The official stable version of nvda is 2013.2 which you are using.
However, as a preparation of releasing of 2013.3 stable version within
this month, a test version of 2013.3 Rc has been released.
Basically the release of test version called the release candidate is
for testing by advance users or nvda developers.
Currently 2013.3 RC4 is released.
I suggest you not to switchfor to RC version but wait for new stable
release of 2013.3!.
Formally, What you are using is the latest version.
