here's the permanent solution for your 1st question. follow the steps press control+shift+A to go to ad on manager. in search ad on box, write adblock and press enter after 2 3 seconds it will show u the list of ad ons. from that list, find adblock plus. press applications key and enter on install. you'll not face such problems again
