Hi friends, one of my friend has recently join delhi university for distance education to opt political science honours, and he is desprately hunting any e study material, cause he don't have any computer that he could scan the given study materials, so please provide the study material, or any website from where he can download such materials. As he is using a mobile with talks, if any study material get I can help him by converting this material in to text so that he can enjoy reading to his mobile. And here there is no any such Braille imbosers or printer too.
