Dear All, I have travelled by BEST for a long long time. The drivers and conductors are very good. Even the Inspectors are very helpful. They have always helped me to board the bus first before anyelse in que board it. Neelima do you carry a white cane? Surely you should not be talking on phone while boarding the bus or finding a seat for yourself. I am sure if you request politely the person sitting on the handicapped seat, he or she will surely oblige. So it is very important how we come across to the public. Nafisa
