Greetings from NAB Helpline

Workshop to empower IBPS qualified candidates

Dated: December 28, 2013 from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM

Venue: NAB, Sector-V, R.K. Puram, New Delhi

Background:

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will be conducting
interviews of the IBPS common written examination (CWE) qualified candidates
for the RECRUITMENT OF PROBATIONARY OFFICERS/ MANAGEMENT TRAINEES IN
PARTICIPATING BANKS.

NAB Delhi Technology Training centre will be conducting workshop for the
visually impaired candidates who have qualified IBPS CWE examination on Dec.
28, 2013 and called for the interview scheduled in the month of
January-2014.

Objective:

This empowering workshop intends to equip the participants with the
essential skills required for cracking the interview. In majority of cases
it is observed that interview panel does not consist of a member who is
aware about the assistive technology or the abilities of the visually
impaired person. So in this scenario it becomes imperative on part of the
interview candidate to demonstrate and inform the interview board about
strengths of a visually impaired person. The area that shall be concentrated
will be probable questions based on past experiences, effective entry and
exit skills, body language and transmission of strong areas of the
participant during the interview.

Line of Action:

Please register for this workshop before 26th December 2013 with the NAB
helpline by email or phone. There is no fee for participating in this
workshop. No accommodation or reimbursement of travel expenses will be
provided by NAB Delhi for this workshop. Please hurry, only 25 persons can
be accommodated in this event.

Highlights:

The workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Ashwini Kumar Agarwal. Dr. Agarwal
has rose to the rank of chief manager with Punjab national bank and is
associated with the bank's training system for a decade. Presently he is
posted at zonal training center as senior faculty. The participants will
also be benefited by the valuable inputs of Ms. Madhu and Ms. Monika who are
working with IBM as trainers.
