If you need html feature for reading only, and if you have the headings
etc., simply press insert+z to turn on quick keys feature of jaws. Then you
can press the letter h for heading and so on. However, when you want to edit
some tet or format, press the insert+z keys to turn quick keys off. When it
is on, you cannot edit text.

There is no need to change the document into html document. Use the
following steps and the problem will be solved.
Open word document
Go to reference-table of contents
Follow the instructions-done.
Before doing it first simply give headings from 1-5 as per your
requirement then follow the above steps.
