Hi,

If you're really interested in electrical engineering, you could
probably take the Joint Entrance Examination (main) conducted by the
CBSE for admission to various engineering colleges throughout the
country. Several colleges are open to low vision students pursuing
engineering, so it shouldn't be a challenge to convince the
authorities. Delhi Technological University seems to be particularly
accommodating. In fact, even in the IITs provide question paper in
large print, and readily admit students with low vision. Of course,
your admission to a particular college will depend on your performance
in this exam (and JEE Advanced for admissions to IITs) alongwith your
aggregate in class XII.

Hope this helps,
Best,
