Hi Shiv

The account shall be opened at the nearest branch where you reside. So, please
find the nearest and convenient branch of Union bank before hand. This shall be
your home branch and your application shall be forwarded there.

The paper work shall be done by the officials at the convention venue and hence
you shall face no problems thereafter to open your account. You can also try to
clear all your queries regarding net banking, ATM's etc. at the information
booth of Union Bank at the convention venue.

Friends

To address the problem of opening bank account, we are organising a camp at
the convention with Union bank of india.
You need to carry 3 photographs and at least 1 document foridentity proof
and 1 doccument for accress proof.
The acceptable documents are detailed in the trailing mail.

Should you have further queries, you can write to Rahul Gambir directly.
We are also trying to have a talking ATM close to the venue. Hence, those
who are already having an ATM card of any bank can get a first hand feel of
accessible ATM experience.

AT the information booth, you can get all your queries resolved withregards
to internet and mobile banking as well.

Lots happening friends and get set for an exciting AI convention.
Regards
Harish Kotian
