Greetings to all

To explain my problem, my antivirus software shows a message telling
"malware has been detected". I am using Kaspersky Internet Security.
Since it is not accessible with JAWS, I am not able to do anything
myself. When I tried to get the help of my father, he said he cannot
find any option to remove that. Can anything be done? Please help me.
