I once again mention four importants points which need to be opposed at any cost. 1. Identification of posts. 2. point 5 point 5 percent distinction between totally blind and low vision. 3. National Commission for persons with disabilities should be headed by not anyone but someone who is disabled. 4. Inclusive Education should be given more emphasis, ensuring enrollment is not enough. 5. Intense discussion and debates should be conducted before making RPD document as law.
