Hello, I had complained to CCPD. They issued a notice to the company. They had also issued a reminder but the company has not at all replied. There has been no further development in this case. The earlier communication is copied below.

Section 59 of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights & Full Participation) Act, 1995 mandates the Chief Commissioner for persons with disabilities on his own motion or on application of any aggrieved person or other wise to look into complaints inter-alia, with respect to matters relating to deprivation of rights of persons with disabilities. 4. As persons with visual impairment are apparently being adversely affected in the matter of their employment in a particular field due to inadequate accessibility of Tally software, you are advised to take appropriate action to make the software adequately accessible for persons with visual impairment.
