Dear All Congratulations to Mr Kaul And I'm elated to let you know One of the grassroot activists and visionary among us who is a lodestar of inspiration for all of us is chosen to be honoured with Padma Shri. Mr Kaul, who is the General Secretary of AICB has been committedly devoting his life for the empowerment of visually challenged children, men and women for decades. I spent one year of my life at AICB and witnessed his persona. Very punctual, in fact many a times he stayed till very late during night to ensure braille books are printed on time so that blind children don't struggle anymore. And his contribution for the empowerment of women with blindness is matchless perhaps.
