here's the answer for your 1st question, to turn off spell check, press
alt+t and in tools menu press O to go to options
press down arrow untill u hear advance, under advance there're various
tabs, in general tab, pres tab key 3 4 times and uncheck Check my spelling
as I type
and regarding your other question to remove IE 10, i'll be only able to
help if u can tell me which operating system you're using. and IE 11 can be
only installed on windows 7 SP1 or higher!
