Thank you Prashant for this wonderful news. Will be there and really looking
forward to being there.
Have one question though: am going to be coming alone and will need
assistance to get around and inside. Who may I call once I reach? Please
give me some contact numbers so I can find help?
Warmly
Preeti

Subject: [AI] Exhibition at Accessindia convention

Dear all,
As you know An exhibition is being arranged at the Accessindia convention
venue. Unlike TechShare the focus here will be totally on needs of the
visually impaired. In brief this is what you can expect:

1. Saksham: Stop here to have a look at various independent living
products including the new sonic labeller, rupee checker, talking watches
etc.
2. Bookshare: Find out more about the renewed India project, membership
options and latest available books.
3. NVDA: Lot of exciting developments are taking place for indian
users. There is increased support for Indian languages and now NVDA is
available with your favourite voices.
4. DAISY & DAISY Forum of India: Experience the better way of reading
books, checkout various book reading options and get to know about the
common catalogue.
5. Android: Experienced blind users will be on standby to offer you
advice on Android devices. Ask your questions.
6. iOS: More and more blind persons are now buying iPhones. Check out
what is different and why it is considered so accessible.
7. Sparsh Products: A range of assistive devices will be on Display.
New book readers will be the highlight.
8. Union Bank of India: Know more about the talking ATM. Find the
location of Talking ATM nearest to you. You will also be assisted in opening
bank accounts.

The exhibition area will remain open from 12 pm to 6 pm on 15 February and
from 9.30 am to 2 pm on 16 February. The booths will be setup immediately
outside the auditorium.
We hope that people will make good use of the tea and lunch breaks and will
not take too much time out from sessions to see the exhibition.

Also make sure you participate in the fun filled session on 16 February
afternoon. The young Fusion group is trying its best to make it memorable
for you.

It will be great if you contact the respective booth owners now and send
your questions and expectations. You can also setup an appointment so that
you get better attension.
