the first thing u do is open quickheal antivirus press applications key on the quickheal in notification tray and select open press tab u will get help butten still press tab till u get the first unlabled butten on it then press enter 2 times then press tab press enter on advansed press enter on configure and select scan all files to select it press enter press enter on archive list select all and press ok then press enter on save changes and then press the back butten press enter on settings press enter on import/export and sellect export select a location whare u want to export and click on the save butten the next time u uninstall and reinstall quickheal antivirus or what ever u have u must just go to settings select import/export settings now select import and import the file from the location in which u exported note this all settings are for quickheal antivirus or internet security or total security 2014 or version 15 if u dont see the settings then u dont have version 2014 or version 15 go to www.quickheal.co.in/build.asp enter your product key on the page and download the latest version
