hi all. i have a cannon ir 2420 scannor. i installed the drivers and scann gear software on windows server 2008r2 and start the scann gear to configure the scannor and start scanning the scann gear detected the scannor properly. but when i started scanning using microsoft document scanning i got an error a compatible scannor was not found install a scannor. we use en computing devices to access the scannor.
