Completely agre with Vikas and in fact many conferences do not event print your
delegate badge unless they receive a clear payment. Even keeping anything free
will not get any value.

As a person working behind the scene, I know how difficult it was to get
sponsorship. In fact, until a day before the convention, there was a huge
confusion and we were not sure if at all we get the sponsorship. Thanks to
George who worked over the night to make if happen.

I'll be blunt here, whoever is not paid the fee, please do so immediately.

Whoever think everything should be free I would say start organising events
without compromising on the quality and you will realize.

Last I say that even I have attended conferences by paying 10000 INR which does
not include food.
