Delighted to learn...
However, I have strong objection to language used:

quoting:
" Ankit Rajiv Jindal, marketing head at Wipro in Bangalore, shrugs off his
impairment as easily as he carries off his skills.
              "

What does anybody mean by shrugs off his impairment?
Can doing things non-visually and not having visual impairment mean the same
thing?
Or should we endeavor to convey they mean one and same thing?
This endeavor is responsible for much of the misconceptions and
miss-expectations from VI by many nowadays...

A friend of mine is being pestered by her principle to walk alone and not to
take assistance of students inside the premises of a huge school where people
and objects are dynamically changing their location, to quote one instance...

Bangalore: According to some estimates India
has almost 70 million people living with some form of disability, but hardly 1
per cent of them are employed. Ankit Rajiv Jindal, marketing head at Wipro in
Bangalore, shrugs off his impairment as easily as he carries off his skills.
