Harish, Following Talking ATM locater tool is surely a good help. Hope it is equally accessible with Phone as well? Also, I think it has not updated all the talking aTM. EG. I tried my area and did not found HDFC which is talking ATM and very much accessible. However I did get to see 1 more talking ATM with in my area of Union Bank which is surely a good news to me. I hope it is not just union bank Talking atm least???
