Friends, one of my friend bought a new laptop and installed JAWS 15 Demo on it. But when we run JAWS the following message appears. "A file required by the driver ELOQ.JLS for Eloquence Software could not be loaded. One or more shared components are missing. Please reinstall this product in an effort to solve the problem."
The Realtek HD audio driver for windows 7 (downloaded from sony website) and JAWS was reinstalled. Still the problem persists. The model number is: Sony Vio,SVF14216SNB The OS WIN7, 64 Bit. What could be the problem? How can we resolve it? Please help me.
