hello, if you have installed IDM, you can do this task without any
worries.
how to do:
1. open the website which you have mentioned.
2. acctivate root jaws to pc (insert miness).
3. navigate until you reached download this vedio dialog, and press on
control left mouse button.
4. it shows diffrent files type such as mp4, flv, 3gp etc.
5. select your desire format using your arrow key and hit enter,
download window will appear then, presss ault s, that file will start
downloading.
hope this will help some extent.
