Hi You would need power steering. Some manufacturers like Maruti and Tata Motors modify the controls considering the needs. You could also get rebate on RTO charges. This varies from one state to another. Do discuss with the vendors. I have a friend who bought a Maruti car adapting to his needs. You can revert to me.
