Hi
On some pen drives you will find a small slider switch on the side of the
plastic body. Move it to the other side.
That should remove the write protection.
Similarly, there is write protection slider on memory cards as well.
You can put this to good use especially when you need to share files from
your pen drives and you are not sure of the virus status on the system you
intend to use it on.
