Dear access Indians, and also the employees and customers of Union bank, I am facing several problems in creating an online account profile in the banks website www.unionbankonline.co.in, I had used two browsers both internet explorer and Firefox to do the task and was unsuccessful in creating an account. On internet explorer, when I pressed enter on the link self-user creation, a page opened in a new window and it said application blocked and there was no option to resolve it. When I hit escape and continued to work on the page, I didn't get proper boxes to edit each relevant item. For an instance it was written on the page atm number and below there was an edit box and when I went to the edit box it said pass word edit, the same was the case with the option "bank account number", when I go to the edit box to write the bank account number I was told to edit password. When I pressed enter on the link self user creation on firefox browser, the following error message appeared. APPLICATION SECURITY ERROR!! This error has occurred for one of the following reasons: You have used Back/Forward/Refresh button of your Browser. You have clicked twice on any options/buttons. You have kept the browser window idle for a long time. You have logged in from another browser window You are accessing the application URL from a saved or static page. You have not used "Microsoft Internet Explorer" Browser. Click here to go to Login page.
Is it not possible to access the webpage over firefox? I am using the default internet explorer that comes with windows 7 32 bit. And I have also installed java on my system.
