Hi all, I use acer aspire 4310 with win7 ultimate 32 bit. When ever I try to connect with an unsecured wifi of my office, it is unable to get through. when I press on connect button, instead of getting connected to it, it gives me an option for troubleshoot this problem. that process again end with no satisfactory results. on secured/ password enable network, it connects immediately. I am getting very frustrated, and don't know what to do. Please help.
