If that is windows7 installed, there is a trick for doing that. But you must need your OS dvd for doing that. Boot up with that dvd, let it go and at the time of it's showing as installing device drivers, hit shift f10 and it will give you option for reaching your control panel. Go there and either change the password or delete it entirely.
