Avinash, the Hindustan (Hindi) reporter covered the story on World Disabled
Day. That time she asked me about the number but I din not have. She then
said she will find it out. I do not know from where she found it.

The numbers of electors with disability is very important and I
deliberately kept this question in RTI's to ECI and Delhi commission hoping
that if they might act on my complaints, may be they can devise a mechanism
to monitor electors with disability who voted. I AM NOT CONVINCED WITH THE
2011 census and found it grossly under-reported.
