hello Mr. mohit, thanks for your remarks on lexcam. this will help me to think and make my decision accordingly. as you have mentioned that while using lexcam for scanning neumerous pages such as, more than 20 it crashes down. the same problem occurs hwile using pearl camera too. once i complete scanning 25 pages or so continuously, it either crashes down or few pages in between disappears automatically. don't know the reason behind it. yes, even with pearl camera, i can not scan the tif or jpg images in one single file. each and every time i scan the image, i have to repeat the option of giving the file name, choosing the file location etc which becomes tidious task. since now i have received the feedback on lexcam and pearl with my own experience, i would like to hear about readit scholar hd performance especially regarding layout of tabular text, capacity of scanning multiple pages at a time without crashing the program etc.
