hi surendra sir, i am using airtel dth its fine, the main advantage of this dth is that the company is giving universal remort control system. which means the set top box's remort can be use for both. that is for tv. as well as the set top box. @package: you have to call to the customer care for details. you can reach to airtel dth customer care on the following numbers. if you are using airtel number then you can call on 12150/12148 for non-airtel please call. at 18001028080 (toll) free. disadvantage: the mejor disadvantagees of the DTH systems are 1: the packages are slightly higher then the cable operator's package. but no intruption in service. 2: the main disadvantage is the signal could be intrupt if heavy rain falls. the signal will restore automatically when the weather gets fine. note: the above mention point is for all the DTH service providers. which means you will face the signal issue with all the dth companies in bad weather. hope that helps.
