Prefer to purchase from HP. You can have one stand alone scanner with in that budget. I can suggest one model, that is HP G3110, but the speed of the scanner is quite slow, however the scanning results are awsom. You will not be able to scan more then 3 pages per minute on this scanner. If you want to purchase some highspeed scanner then you will have to raise your budget.
