Hi All, Today I happenned to visit a Panasonic store and I inquired about talking televisions. Several models with voice guidance were available. These are from E6 series, E60 series, DT60 series, and WT60 series.
I took the demo of E6 series models over there. These models were earlier available only in a few countries like UK, US, Australia, but are available in India now as well. Since these are primarily in the category of smart televisions their cost is quite high. I must say that thay have a rather tempting range of features, like built-in voice enabled browser that can be used to play content directly from internet using Wi-Fi connection, pairing with several devices like mobile phone, bluetooth keyboard, etc. However, this would be of little practical use in absence of talking set top boxes. Thanks.
