Nemeth Braille is a braille code for encoding scientific and mathematic
symbols through the use of standard 6 dots notation for tactile reading by
the visually impaired.

You can do most math on a computer. This includes showing your working. NAB
Delhi used to have abacusses. I suspect you can get taylor frames from NIVH.

A sper wheel is a gearrwheel attached to a handle. You draw on German film
or on Braille paper with it. The tactile drawing boarrd is a flat peace of
wood on which you place the paper you want to draw on. A better solution is
German film and the corresponding rubber mat. 

Yes, blind people can draw themselves. Another option you have is to use
coordinates and draw on a computer. Look at scalable vector graphics and
SVGDraw from http://www.dickbaldwin.com.
